With over 17 years of experience in the dental field, our dental hygienist, Nicole, is responsible for keeping patient’s smiles healthy both in the office and at home by treating their specific oral hygiene needs and educating them on how to maintain their oral health at home. Nicole started her dental journey as a dental assistant, then found her true passion in dental hygiene. She furthered her knowledge and skills by earning a degree from the Community College of Baltimore County’s Dental Hygiene Program. Nicole is a compassionate and dedicated dental hygiene professional and enjoys not only providing optimal care to her patients but also chatting and relating to each and every person that takes a seat in her chair. Her precious dog, Roxy, is the light of her life. When not in the office making smiles gorgeous, you can catch her beautifying her clients as a lash artist, exercising, vacationing, or reading a good book.
Jessica Maynard
Clinical Coordinator
Her intentions may have been to originally run an animal rescue but after her high school teacher secured her an interview with Dr. Chincheck over seventeen years ago, her career path quickly changed. She’s worked with Dr. Chincheck ever since, and is responsible for ordering supplies, maintaining the exam rooms, handling minor IT issues, and any other assistance the team may need. Jessica thoroughly enjoys the commitment to patient care exhibited by Dr. Chincheck, and how each patient is given a voice and a space to be heard. The individualized care is a perfect atmosphere for someone as a compassionate and empathetic as Jessica. She is an avid traveler, having already visited thirteen states and eight different countries outside of the U.S. Over the weekend, you may find her at the local farmer’s market or relaxing with her husband, Dennis.

My name is Lisa and I have been working as a dental assistant for 2 years after completing my certification and training in Westminster, Md. I will also soon earn my Expanded Functions certification. My best friend (who is in dental school) suggested this career! Dr. Chincheck’s mission for our practice truly intrigued me to be a part of this team where we aspire to share kindness and happiness with our patients as well as deliver exceptional care.
I recently got married in October of 2022 and love spending time with my husband Brandon and our big group of friends and families. We love outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, and playing softball. We also enjoy playing card games like poker and golf and are so in love with our lab Luna who enjoys our walks in the local parks. As Dr. Chincheck’s lead dental assistant, I provide efficient, compassionate care, and find fulfillment in connecting with and getting to know our patients.

Office Administrator
I am the Office Administrator. I handle the day to day operations of the front office along with helping back of the house when needed. I’m very excited be part of the team and work with great group of ladies. I have over 14 years of experience in Dental Administration and really enjoy seeing people’s transformations. I warmly greet and checkout patients with a smile. When I’m outside of the office, I enjoy traveling, cooking and spending time with my boyfriend and 2 cats.
