New Patients

Your first visit to our office could be as simple as a meet and greet, or you may already be committed to experiencing the full exam on your first visit. In either case, you will be warmly greeted at the front desk and asked to complete any remaining new patient forms. We will then give you a tour of the office, where we’ll explain our modern equipment and technology, and introduce you to each member of our team. Next, you’ll talk with Dr. Chincheck in a consult room, where she can understand your dental goals and learn about your oral health. After discussing your plans with Dr. Chincheck, you’ll be escorted to an exam room, where she’ll perform a full comprehensive exam, including your gums, TMJ, facial and jaw muscles, airway, and teeth. Dr. Chincheck and her assistant will check for aesthetic options that can be completed as well, and record your medical and dental history both electronically and on a hard copy. We’ll schedule a second visit to complete hygiene care or any other urgent needs, and continue a discussion of your treatment plan.

Your visit to the dentist should be as relaxing as possible. We strive to keep you comfortable and calm during every treatment, and offer a variety of amenities to our patients. Feel free to ask for anything you may need to make your visit more comfortable. We offer the following for your convenience and relaxation:
